I told the head mixologist that I was a visitor looking for the best cocktail in town. I told him what I usually do and don’t like to drink and gave him the freedom to go from there. He promptly let me know that he couldn’t do it – he would need me to stay for two cocktails. It didn’t take any convincing whatsoever and I anxiously awaited his first creation.
