Bob Peters is the craftsman behind the cocktails at Pisces. If you haven't met him in person, it's quite possible you've liked his libation-heavy Instagram feed (@bob_peters) or Twitter page (@bobthebartender). But his virtual cocktails don't hold a dimly lit bar candle to the reality of his knack for making the perfect drink. We've never felt the need to ask for a cocktail menu - Peters will simply churn out the most well-balanced drink you've ever sipped, courtesy of locally distilled spirits and his own secret infusions.
