Nut Milks

  • Soak 3 cups of raw unsalted nuts over night in tap water
  • Rinse thoroughly
  • Combine 3.5 cups of water with nuts in blender
  • Blend on high for 2 minutes
  • Strain & press through nut bag or cheese cloth (this takes a while, be patient)
  • Makes approximately 32 ounces of unsweetened milk
  • Add simple syrup to desired taste
